Gar Trinley Yongkhyab Ling is a Vajrayana Buddhist group in Scotland, following the Drikung Kagyu lineage and the enlightened vision of His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche.

His Eminence wishes all Scottish disciples to practice together as a sangha, under the direction of the Venerable Dorzin Dhondrup Rinpoche, and we warmly welcome anyone who wishes to learn and practice the Dharma together.

Mission:

To firmly establish the Drikung Kagyu and His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche’s lineage of love in Scotland. 

When H.E. Garchen Rinpoche visited Edinburgh in November 2013, accompanied by the Ven. Dorzin Dhondrup Rinpoche, he gave the sangha the name of Gar Trinley Yongkhyab Ling. May the dharma he shares with us, and Rinpoche’s love and compassion, continue to benefit beings in Scotland and worldwide.
